Mechanical description.
This machine is composed of a single structure in steel which contains the transmission devices and guide assemblies for moving parts.The vertical pressing section is motor drive both ends and intersects the moving side bar by means of a comb rack design.All parts that come into contact with the panels to be pressed are finished with a scratch proof coating.Operating cycleAfter pre-assembly of the cabinet the operator positions it manually on the support surface, places it beside the fixed beam and then starts the pressing cycle with the bi-manual start buttons.The vertical pressing section and the horizontal pressing bar begin their traversing movement until they reach the dimensions of the piece of furniture. At this point the clamping action is triggered and will last for the interval of time set by the timer.At the end of the cycle -by pressing again the start push-buttons -the operator begins the opening of the machine in order to unload the cabinet.Control panelSeparated desk switchboard.The machine is controlled by Omron PLC.The control panel allows the programming of the pressing time; it is equipped with: the buttons for manual movement of the pressing sectionand the moving bar; the selector switches for pressure adjustment (horizontal and vertical); an emergency button; the selection buttons of the automatic/manual mode; the bi-manual start buttons with continuous action for cycle start and stop
